1. Lifewave patches, as a treatment option are used in the management of a variety of conditions. Patches aid the treatment process and are used as a component of a treatment package. There are numerous published articles that provide evidence to support their use. A Lifewave distributor is trained to decide which patches are appropriate for various conditions.

The Lifewave patches can do no harm. However, they do have a detoxification effect and can make you feel a little different or uneasy. usually the symptoms are resolved if you drink a lot of water to aid the detoxification process. The adhesive may also cause skin irritation. If this occurs, simply apply the patch over Micropore or over clothing. Thsi will not later the effectiveness of the patch. 4. I understand that my condition may not improve or may recur in spite of the use of the patches, especially if I do not wear them as instructed or if I do not give them enough time to work. I accept that my distributor will guide me through my condition and will let me know when the right time will be to discontinue or change the patches that I am weating.

5. I understand that I am autonomous in my ongoing purchase of the patches and can cancel my subscription, at any time, independelty on my Lifewave platform.

6. Having been informed of the role of the patches in in my treatment / wellness plan, I hereby give consent to the application of the patches and accept that there are no clinical risks involved in its application. I do, however, understand that its application may not fully resolve my condition and additional therapeutic techniques and modalities may need to be used to improve my condition. I accept that the patches alone cannot resolve all my problems. I need to use them along with a healthy lifestyle.

7. I understand that should the patches not work for me, I will not defame the Lifewave company or the referring distributor and I will not discourage others from using them.
